Young Men’s Institute -Sadoc Council #59

The Young Men’s Institute is a fraternal order of Catholic Men, founded in 1883
in San Francisco and has been part of the Pittsburg Catholic Community since 1926.

Our purpose is to help men fulfill three basic needs in their life: Faith, Patriotism, and
Fraternity. Members of the Young Men’s Institute are encouraged to become better
Catholics, better Americans, and share the brotherly love we call Fraternity.

We currently have 36 members in our council and we meet once a month at Church of the Good Shepherd. We also schedule social/fundraising/spiritual events at various times throughout the year. We are currently searching for new members. For more information, please contact Frank DiMaggio: 925-325-2048 or fjdimaggio@sbcglobal.net
